We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own our product narrative, connect our solutions to customer outcomes, and drive measurable revenue impact. You’ll shape how we tell Balto’s story in a competitive market, bring customer wins to life, and empower our go-to-market teams with killer messaging and competitive insights.
This is a hands-on, highly visible role where you’ll partner with product, sales, marketing, and customer success to launch products, build competitive playbooks, and fuel our growth.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be the bridge between our product and the market—owning the story, crafting the tools, and fueling go-to-market success. This includes:
- Be the VP’s right hand, acting as the strategic starting point for product-related content
- Translating the product roadmap into compelling, market-ready messaging and positioning
- Building sales enablement tools (battlecards, one-pagers, pitch decks) that win deals
- Developing competitive intelligence and playbooks to sharpen our edge
- Capturing customer stories, wins, and data that influence buying decisions
- Partnering with the wider marketing team to drive integrated, campaign-ready content
- Managing relationships with industry analysts and media outlets to boost Balto’s category leadership
- Tracking and influencing metrics like win rate, adoption, churn, and pipeline impact
This is a remote role, open to candidates anywhere in the US, with occasional travel for in-person company all-hands events up to 4 times a year.
Who You Are
You’re equal parts strategist and doer. You can own the high-level narrative and crank out a battlecard in an afternoon.
- You have experience in B2B SaaS (bonus if it’s in the $15–45M ARR range)
- You’ve launched products, built competitive playbooks, and love enabling sales
- You collaborate effortlessly across product, sales, and marketing
- You’re curious, creative, and data-driven—you know what resonates and why
- You can translate complex product features into “must-have” customer value
- You’re excited about AI and want to use it to level up your work every day
